  Hi there. Thank you for packing and posting the DVD camera I was delighted with the whole experience your end. However Royal Mail give me a delivery date and I asked for it to be delivered on the different date. They ignored that and delivered it on a rainy day when I was not in and it was left outside. Not your fault I know. Thank you it was just as described and great price too. Very responsive highly recommend you as a seller

  Couldn’t recommend more. Brilliant eBay seller. Great communication, the shipping was super quick, the packaging was excellent and protected. The PC was in immaculate condition as described, no dust or scratches and has been working now for a couple of days with no issues after windows reset and update. Thank you very much again for the item and hope to purchase from you again in the future.

  This seller is great to buy off. The seller postage the item the same day and the packaging was unavailable and the item was as described and it was great value for its money. I would definitely recommend for other buyers out there AAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++++++

  Packaging was excellent it would survive a drop from an aeroplane. Item exactly as described and apart from a couple of sticky patches on case due to something being stuck onto it it's in good condition. Very good value for money. I can't say whether or not it works properly yet, but it does power up. Good first sign. Postage was well intentioned but courier held it at local depot for 3 days. Not good Yodel. eBay were pestering for a review prior to receipt of goods again. Not good eBay.

  Excellent service, great communication. 99% of eBay transactions go smoothly but it's when a glitch occurs that you find out how good a seller really is. We had a small problem. Communication was swift, friendly and professional and options were suggested. The matter was sorted (very much in my favour, without asking!).   Great seller! Item was as described and good value. Had an issue pairing the unit and seller provided fast aftercare advice and gave me the solution for a first time fix to my problem! Absolutely brilliant! (issue was with me not the item, ha ha all sorted! But the aftercare was fantastic, fast and accurate and probably solved! Thank you!
