  I made a mistake with my shipping address. Mary luckily received the package back. She followed up, let me know it was available again, and refunded my purchase. So responsive, and so kind. Love love love. Brought happy tears to my kiddos eyes when he got his favorite stuffy back after our house fire. Packaging was beautiful to boot!
