  Received my replacement teacup today! Packaged very well, arrived safely. This was my grandmothers every day china. My brother ended up with the remains, a few teacups and saucers, and I have built it into a place settings for 12. With all the extra pieces I could find. Took me about 3 years and great ebay buys! Thank you for a great transaction. PS- I broke one dusting!

  The packaging was opened, but doesn't appear to have been used. It didn't have the documentation in the package, but it isn't like that matters for a watch strap. Was well wrapped for shipping and arrived in great condition. Over all very pleased with the experience.
