Unfortunately the VOEC-code was not added to the adress label, despite my instructions. This in turn led to incurred custom fees + an additional 25% VAT added before the shipment could be released. I had already paid 25% VAT through eBay when ordering...., the VOEC-code would have proven this and no custom processing would hav been necessary.
