    The bicycle pump was brand new as advertised, the seller mailed it within the 3 days, but the post took almost a week. Good value as less than from the manufacturer website.

    Seller initially sent me the wrong item. I contacted them and explained this and the seller immediately expedited the correct item out to me and also included a prepaid return envelope so that I could return the incorrect item.
