  Thank you for the feedback. All feedback means a lot to me but this is very important. I try very hard to package things the best way possible. Some times, at extra expense to me. I'm a collector myself so I know how important it is to me that get things packaged well. Thank you for recognizing that.

  Seller discovered item was the wrong size, and let me know b4 shipping it. We mutually agreed to cancel the order; saved a lot of time and trouble. Small item, small order, seller definitely knows the meaning of “customer service” and took care of things quickly. I would buy from them again.

  I really can't explain how much I appreciate feedback like this. I always try to do the right thing and make sure any buyer or potential buyer has the best experience possible. In this case there wasn't actually a sale. But, this buyer appreciates my efforts to do the right things and I appreciate his honest feedback.

  Thank you very much for noticing the packaging. I always do whatever I can to insure that things get protected. Sometimes that means I have to pay more for a larger box or more weight. But, as a collector myself, I know how important that is.
