    The seller contacted me after the product was supposed to have arrived to me and stated that the product was damaged and he couldn t sell it to me because of the defect then I had to go find another it from another seller and I found this seller had the exact same item with a new price and added shipping so he lied about the product condition just to go up on price and I still haven t got the product or a refund

    Once the seller was notified that I hadn't received these parts, they sprang into action and within a few days I had them. I have no complaints when the customer service is this good! The item ordered is perfect.

    100 door panel clips for $1.91. Something fishy here. Soon after I ordered, the seller said he only had defective ones and asked me to wait a month or more until he got good ones. I refused and got a refund. A second seller that I ordered these from gave me the exact same excuse. Why do you list things that you do not have and cannot deliver as promised? Maybe a scam?

    The product arrived well only that when I opened the package I found that it was not complete missing pieces it did not arrive as shown in the photo they put to show the product and in the specifications it did not say anything about the missing parts I contacted the seller but the answer was not the correct one so for this reason I give it 3 stars
