  The shipping was prompt, and the packaging was impecable. The player had some scuffs as it’s an open box unit, but in good shape overall as described. The power adapter wasn’t functioning, but I worked closely with the seller to solve the issue. I’d like to highlight the great communication I had with the seller. I’ll definitely buy from them again. The player works perfectly. It’s a great value purchase if you want to watch movies in real 4K.
