    Ordered on July 13 was to be delivered on the 23, Never got it, shipping label was created on the13th but never shipped. Do not buy from this person a Non shipper. Will contact E Bay and get my money back, why I pay with PayPal on E Bay. To many scammers on here, this is like the 14th time I have had to contact E Bay and this scammer has a 100% rating what he gets his or her friends to buy and never ship out. I will go to Amazon from now on and get my stuff, at least I know I will get it

    I replied to you within moments after your message and immediately refunded your purchase without you going to ebay. I'm certainly not a scammer. This was an $8 item with free shipping. Most definitely not scamming this. obviously a shipping problem with Usps. thanks
