I am very pleased with my purchase! The damage is less noticeable that described even! Coming from a shipper, I think the packing was fantastic! It was as described only better! Great value for what I was getting! And it came very quickly and was on the road the day after I paid! I would recommend this seller!

This is my second monitor purchase from VANTAGE POINT ITAD, and this went even better than the first. Again, superlative packaging, and a dynamite great price - but shipping was extraordinarily fast, and quite inexpensive, considering the size of the package. I have experienced so few transactions that meet this standard, that his vendor has moved to the top of my e-bay list of preferred vendors: Transaction Rating: ONE OF THE VERY BEST ON E-BAY!!!!

Repeat customer. VP ships 2 day Fedex. All transactions have been flawless until this purchase. The order was shipped with a part of the shipment being the wrong model unit. Upon contact, VP shipped the replacements again, 2 day Fedex. Short answer. This is a stand up outfit to do business with. Responsive and very quick to make things right.
