  I am incredibly pleased with my purchase of this Puget Systems gaming PC. The computer arrived securely packaged and in the exact cosmetic condition described in the listing. What really made this a five-star experience was the seller's outstanding customer service. I discovered that the DVD drive was not working when I first set up the PC. I reached out to the seller, and they responded immediately. Without any hassle, they graciously sent me a replacement drive completely free of charge.

  The item arrived much faster than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The packaging was decent, though it could have been a bit sturdier for extra protection. The product itself matched the description provided by the seller and worked exactly as advertised. Setup and usage were straightforward, and I've had no issues so far.   Shipping was in a timely fashion, Packaging is on the needs to improve side as the top of the box was cracked open and I could see the hard drive, better packing and more tape would have fixed this issue. The hard drive is as described and tested fine and was a fair value. Over all I give this seller 5 stars and I would use sellers services in the future. Thank you

  Shipping*: Shipping was fast. Packaging: Item was packaged well with lots of bubble wrap. As described*: Item has clear signs of use. Value: Item was great value, as although the item was for part/not working, the casing was largely undamaged. *I was mistakenly sent a lot of TINAVWC cradles, but after informing the seller of the mistake, they quickly sent over the correct TINAVWC2 cradles.

  Excellent communication. Well packaged with multiple layers of bubble wrap in a double corrugated box. Fast shipping. Drives were in very good condition. Great value for the money. Would definitely purchase from this seller again. Thanks!
