  When I received the order and noticed the Expiration date was up in one month, I contacted the Seller and asked for a refund. They apologized and explained they did not know their Warehouse staff had sent out an outdated product. They made an alternate offer to my refund request, but when I refused, they agreed to refund the full purchase price and refunded my account immediately. Their final action has restored my faith in this Seller on future orders.

  I became fond of this product in the past couple of years, but could not find it as available in this large size locally. I purchased two bottles. They arrived quickly and on the day promised. They were superbly packaged; every care was taken to insure that the bottles did not open during shipment or release their contents. I was very pleased with this service and would order from this merchant again.

  Seller accepted sale and then realized the item he would be sending me had expired. He quickly notified me, cancelled the sale and extended a coupon for my next item. he communicated well and was honest, Based on this I would happily buy from him again. Appreciated his honesty.
