  The seller did an outstanding job of communicating and troubleshooting unforseen international shipping issues. The original method suspended services to the destination after postage, and the seller promptly reattempted with a new carrier. Despite the unknowns, arrival was still timely. The item was in excellent condition (as described) and well-packaged for a long trip. The album was a difficult-to-find item, and I appreciate the seller's value, transparency, and world-class customer service!

  Unfortunately, I didn't receive this item because of an error on the shipping company's part, but wanted to leave feedback because the seller was so responsive and helpful. As soon as I sent a message about it taking far too long to arrive, the seller immediately investigated and kept me updated on the situation. They ended up giving me a full refund and were genuinely apologetic about what had happened. It was unexpectedly great customer service in a tough situation!

  These CDs are as described and the quality has been preserved with no torn covers. The packaging was well thought out, clean, and safe. The value was good for hard to come by Avelcain merchandise.   Most Excellent sale. The 3 cds were wonderfully priced and I wanted all 3 discs. Plus, free shipping from Japan. Seller dealt with me with all good speed to complete the sale. A Seller Supreme, indeed. Therefore, this sale was A-Plus...Perfection. The parcel arrived and was securely packed. All 3 jewel cases/cds/inner booklets...all pristine condition as described. I would certainly buy from this seller again.
