    Your comment: This seller is in Europe, which I didn t notice before I made the order. Boots never arrived in the US. However I contacted the seller, and after a 24hr delay they responed, acknowledged the problem and offered to send a different pair. I had already purchased a different pair from a US seller, and so Value Cross Country provided me with a refund. They were very polite and professional.

    The product is exactly as described. The seller did a great job communicating the location of the product. The value of the boot is spot on! The packaging was sealed tight and safely arrived its destination.

    Package never arrived. Shipping only said a label had been created. The last day the package was supposed to have arrived the seller refunded my purchase price and said it had been lost in transit. No drama, seller took care of everything regarding the refund without being asked. This was shipping internationally so getting lost is to be expected. I would buy from this seller again given the level of service.

    The shoes arrived before the estimated date.. they are in better condition than the photos were able to show. They are very comfy and.in perfect working condition.. This is the third pair of shoes I have purchased from this seller
