  *Great seller and excellent communication.* Definitely needs to change courier. The one used took the biscuit with 48 hour delivery taking 4 days from Birmingham to Derby. The box had extensive damage even though it was sealed with plenty of tape clearly stating 'FRAGILE'.

  Item as described and works well good value, I think the postage & delivery could be improved although it’s probably down to courier company, it seemed to take ages to get picked up from drop off and enter the delivery system

  Item was faulty, told seller and advised to return it, I can’t print return label but posted it back at my own expense and have seen by Royal Mail tracking the item was delivered to the seller, the seller is kidding on that he didn’t get it because “it doesn’t say it on here” re me not printing the label. Con man and not trustworthy, stay away for bigbird, I should of known by the stupid name!
