REALLY dissapointed with delivery driver, I have been in all day and he never even bothered to press the door buzzer, I discovered the parcel when I went out to the dustbin, he left it outside the block of flats and in public view of the road and all the houses around, anyone could have taken it plus the parcel has been knocked around or dropped and all the contents of the original bag have spilled out inside the outer bag package

My sign says to deliver to my neighbour! Package was gone on my return home late at night. I still want the item, which I told them, but they gave a refund. And THEN, they told me to check if the package had been delivered to the house in the photo - MY HOME, which I'd already told them! This is an incompetent company. After wasting my time and effort, I am left without the product.
