Unfortunately, due to no fault of the seller I never received the book. The USPS has lost it, and I currently have two other orders from other vendors that are in limbo and the USPS can only tell me they're on their way, even though they show no movement in days, and in one case over a week. If you can avoid the USPS I recommend doing so... they're unreliable. Thankfully this seller issued a full refund and I would recommend them.
