  The shipping was in a timely manner. Less than a week for it to arrive. It was triple packaged to really protect the product. I appreciated the effort that went into the packaging. It was exactly as described and in good condition. I feel it was a good value for it being gently used. Most importantly, it was the same jacket my stepdad would wear to support the Packers. He passed away from cancer recently. I will cherish this forever. Thank you.

  Seller was excellent. Acknowledged he made an error in listing. Then to make my life easier he not only gave me a quick refund, but he also told me I didn't need to ship it back. Very considerate. Would definitely recommend as an excellent seller. Would buy again from them.A++++

  Seller initially couldn't find the item, so she refunded my money, but then found the item and told me she shipped it. Not only did I never receive it (it never shipped, no tracking info), but I've written seller multiple times for and she won't reply. Money wasn't charged, so no complaints there, but I'm disappointed that I can't get the seller to reply at all, after telling me she shipped it. Sadly, I won't be purchasing from this seller in the future.

  UPDATE: Seller followed up with me, explained the circumstances that led to the gap in communication, AND sent the item, which arrived exactly as described. Ebay won't let me replace my original feedback, but thankfully I can update it here. After getting some context of what happened, I would totally purchase from this seller again and recommend her highly.
