  Why you lying to other buyers? You receive refund after we spoke about shipping cost. It's not our problem when shipping it's expensive but we still try to help you with delivery, you can clearly read about shipping cost to other countries, the only one reason why you need to surcharge it's a problem with ebay shipments they not honor your country.
