  Great seller. I contacted them to ask for some details about this laptop, and they responded promptly. After some talk, I placed the order and asked if it was possible to ship it the same day. They told me the order was already packed, and within one or two hours, the item was shipped. The laptop was well packed and matched the description—opened, but new—just as they had told me.   So this was a very smooth transaction. Not the sellers fault but the tool did not work correctly when received. I contacted the seller and they responded right away and told me to send back.   Shipped quickly and both arrived, packaged securely with no issues. Both came with the specs listed along with new a/c cords as described and both had their bios unlocked with zero issues booting up to other distros. Both are minty new with zero damage. Overall super satisfied. Will definitely order from again.
