    New is new, I got what was in the photo nothing else, sent two questions about the item but never received any response, poor communication, and better packaging would be a plus, the item was just put in a box and shipped, no bubble wrap, peanuts, paper packing to keep it from moving around and tight in the box. There was two places in the box where it had come through but did not have any part damaged. Thanks for the deal on the part through all of this, I received the part that I wanted.

    Great seller! Fast communication, it’s is as described if not in better condition, packaging was phenomenal, and shipping was lightning fast. Value is as it should be, doesn’t overprice items. 100/10 would highly recommend!

    Brand new old stock, just as described, fit perfect. Thanks! Great value! Packing needed help. Normally you put filler around all sides so it does not move around in the box. This arrived with studs hanging out of the box but did not have damage.

    I bought a pair of rotors and only received 1, I didn't know until 3 weeks later when I went to install them. I contacted the seller and they instantly made it right and sent the 2nd 1, excellent customer service, will definitely buy from again and got a great deal. Everything was exactly as described, thanks guys! Great looking, brand new, high quality product.

    A+, packaging was excessive for mower blades, I think they wanted to make it difficultand frustrating to unpackage. The item was exactly as described. Shipping was slow but that wasn't their fault, snail mail. Good Ebayer.
