  The item was as described in new condition. The shipping was fast and well priced but the packaging was poorly taped in a weak box that arrived damaged with loose tape. Luckily the item wasn’t damaged. I was surprised at the quality of box for the price of the item. I saved approximately $150 between the price of the item and shipping buying here as opposed to directly from cyber craft. Good communication from seller who provided extra pictures upon request.

  Shipping was normal and not delayed. Silverware item was boxed and cushioned. Item was as described and as pictured. I had to ask the seller to measure item for me seeing as i was teying to match my old set and they were quick to respond and very helpful! Good price would recommend this seller.
