  They are exceptional. We bought a large ramp, and the delivery was speedy. I did not open it right away. I couldn’t lift it. I had someone set it up for us. It was damaged. I did not reply immediately; our friend who bought it for us contacted them. Later, we checked to see if they would pick it up. I thought I would have to pay for the return instead, and to my surprise, a new one was on the way. GREAT service. I will be using them for anything I need that they sell
