  I ordered Saturday afternoon and received the package on Tuesday. Excellent service! The items were exactly as described and the communication was great too, so I am very happy with this seller. A+++++++

  Came in an Amazon box. Here's how they packed it: open box - toss item into the bottom of the box, take some paper packing and toss it on top of item, close box, tape the seam, apply shipping label. I received the item. Shook box slightly - and you could hear the item rattling around inside the box. The item was 19 inches long - and the box was 36 inches long. Item was not damaged. If I spoke with the seller, I would suppose this reply, "We didn't do it."

  Nice quality, good value for the money, communication could improve...when I asked a question I received a blanket response and never received an answer to my question or a tracking number, and slow to ship. No tracking number was provided, just a non-working link. I live in a remote area and travel alot so have to plan to be here for deliveries. Package sat in rain for 28 hours because I didn't have tracking. Wouldn't order from this company for this reason again whether I like product or not.

  Unfortunately, My second attempt to get my liquid fertilizer was damaged in mail, 2nd attempt in a row, not the sellers fault, other than possible poor packaging, i notified seller and i received a fast refund a second time, i really needed this earlier but refunds were sent quick both times, not going for 3 times a charm.

  I placed my order and within the hour, I had a message the seller was getting it ready to ship. Received another message it was shipping and I received it today, the next day! Unbelievable, wish this seller would remind me this time each year, so I can order some more. They are always for my husband's birthday and I like fresh ones each year! Great Seller
