  Purchase item and the item was packages well for shipping. If you receive your tourpack and it has holes already drilled in the lid of tour pack, please contact the seller. Mine had hold but the holes was not aligned correctly. On the flip side, they have great customer service that vetted and helped me by sending me a new lid for my tour pack. PLEASE NOTE: This product do not come with wiring. Remember to ask seller to send you the link for the correct wiring.

  This turned out to be an issue with the eBay listing. It was listed as Free Shipping but was for pickup only. I contacted the seller and they were right on it! Shipped it for free and right away too. And it looks great! Very pleased with the whole experience!!! Quality great! Condition new! Value seems good! But the customer service was great!!!

  This item took for ever to ship it is a brand new item the price is great looks original and it is great quality the seller did refund me a 15% fee because of the time it took to ship even though it was not their fault they still adjusted the payment definitely a great seller great communication definitely recommend

  Very trustworthy seller. After the sale, the seller contacted me to let me know that the item was found to be damaged and they would not send me a damaged item. It was the last one they had in stock at the time. The seller suggested that I ask for a refund and search elsewhere. Very good communication. Very honest. I will look to them first next time I need any motorcycle parts.

  I got a great deal on this set of saddlebag guard bars. The shipping was delayed, so I contacted the seller and let them know that it was late for delivery. Well, they contacted the FedEx warehouse in Connecticut and found that it was stalled there. They made the people at FedEx there hurry up my package delivery and I got it the next day. This seller goes the extra mile for his customers. Usamotorpartsfactory rocks big time! By the way, the crash bars were packaged extremely well. A+++++
