If you receive your tourpack and it has holes already drilled in the lid of tour pack, please contact the seller. Mine had hold but the holes was not aligned correctly. On the flip side, they have great customer service that vetted and helped me by sending me a new lid for my tour pack. PLEASE NOTE: This product do not come with wiring. Remember to ask seller to send you the link for the correct wiring.

I contacted the seller and they were right on it! Shipped it for free and right away too. And it looks great! Very pleased with the whole experience!!! Quality great! Condition new! Value seems good! But the customer service was great!!!

The shipping was delayed, so I contacted the seller and let them know that it was late for delivery. Well, they contacted the FedEx warehouse in Connecticut and found that it was stalled there. They made the people at FedEx there hurry up my package delivery and I got it the next day. This seller goes the extra mile for his customers. Usamotorpartsfactory rocks big time! By the way, the crash bars were packaged extremely well. A+++++
