If you receive your tourpack and it has holes already drilled in the lid of tour pack, please contact the seller. Mine had hold but the holes was not aligned correctly. On the flip side, they have great customer service that vetted and helped me by sending me a new lid for my tour pack. PLEASE NOTE: This product do not come with wiring. Remember to ask seller to send you the link for the correct wiring.

I contacted the seller and they were right on it! Shipped it for free and right away too. And it looks great! Very pleased with the whole experience!!! Quality great! Condition new! Value seems good! But the customer service was great!!!

After the sale, the seller contacted me to let me know that the item was found to be damaged and they would not send me a damaged item. It was the last one they had in stock at the time. The seller suggested that I ask for a refund and search elsewhere. Very good communication. Very honest. I will look to them first next time I need any motorcycle parts.
