    Placed my order during the holiday peak not thinking, got here in good time, unfortunately the wrong size was sent. Sent a message, took a few pictures and they had the correct one on they way and it also arrived very quick Evan though there closest warehouse was sold out. __it happens, For us all. If all the companys from china had customer service like these guys. They did exactly as the said they would for returns. There the first one so far. Thanks for being honest and backing your word,

    Just got my order this afternoon, I'm extremely happy with how it was packaged, very secure. I ordered a bar and chain from Amazon few days ago and all I got was a box with a hole in it, I had to ask for a refund. So rather then take another chance I ordered from this seller, very happy with this seller, the delivery and quality of the Holzfforma bar and chain.....
