  Product is great but package was tampered with. The mailing package was crushed/open along with the product's original box. Tube had a minimal dent, otherwise it's contain is sound. I feel like it was sheer luck that the item arrived safe.

  Item was marked delivered by post office, but I did not receive my item. I contacted the seller and more than a week later, still no response. Very disappointing. The note from the post office said that there was “not enough address information” for it to be delivered to me, which probably means there was no apartment number. I ordered several other eBay items at the same time from other sellers, with NO ISSUES. Even if it was misdelivered, and returned by someone else, the seller should have re

  This is not related with us. We shipped your product. USPS could not find your apartment. They marked as insufficient adress and returned to sender because your address has problem for that USPS driver. you should have wrote this review to USPS not to us. We are not provide delivery service for the the products. We use USPS. We already issued full refund to you. Even though we should have charge shipping fee because insufficient address is a problem related with you. not with us. Thank you
