  Fast shipper. Good buy Had a concern on the condition of the package when arrived. Damaged and torn box resulting one small part missing. Notified the seller and he was very quick to respond and rectified the issue right away. Great customer service.

  This account has the incorrect delivery address and i changed it but it still stated delivery address was in Omaha. I was able to message seller and they acted quickly and i got my item in the mail. The packaging ad awful from transportation BUT the item inside was in tip top shape. I got it at a good price and they were amazing thanks guys after the blizzard here in Nebraska I will be installing. Again thank you so much for your quick response and the great kind of cool looking luggage rack.

  The product was very well protected double layer of foam wrap as well as plastic and boxed. The quality seem good the condition was good the value was good and the appearance is excellent.   Will NEVER do business with them again- TERRIBLE company to deal with! Ordered for a custom bike I was building for Sturgis. Gave a 4-5 day delivery window, item sat in their warehouse after shipping label made for 4 days. Arrived late and found a chunk of chrome missing as soon as I opened it. Immediately messaged the company and was offered a 15$ credit if I kept it and used it. Told them absolutely not and was told “the best I can do is a 35$ credit”. Had to fight to get a refund!
