Welcome to our store. Urban Villa features cool vintage items, books, original art work(past & present), and handcrafted furniture. Vintage items run a full range from antique electronics to selective fashions that your friends will be envious. Of course, all items are sold as-is and usually untested so purchase wisely and have yourself a great time. All sales are final. No returns. No cancelations. For items on local pick-up, buyer has two weeks to retrieve items or a storage charge of five dollars a day will be assessed. All items over thirty days are considered abandoned and will be disposed of or returned to seller as new sales item and sold.

    The item was exactly as described and expected. Shipping valuable books can be an art. This seller has mastered that art. The corners of the book's pages were not damaged during shipping (as can be common with other, less careful sellers), as the seller used padded yet rigid packaging and ensured that where packing was in contact with the cover, that it was a paper packing product and not plastic (capillary action can wick moisture in between plastic and a books cover if it gets wet).
