We thoroughly test, install new batteries and provide 12 months RTB warranty with almost all of our items (if different this will be mentioned on the listing). Our aim is to provide a source for excellent value UPS as a direct alternative to buying new.
The difference between the UPS we sell, and competitors, is that when you buy from us, you are ordering from experts who have been working with UPS for decades. We have support structures in place to solve problems, and a long warranty that gives peace of mind - way beyond the normal period required by ordinary eBay sellers.

It came in its original box and was securely packed. There were only minor cosmetic marks (as expected with a used item), but otherwise it looked almost brand new — even the fan blades were clean. The seller went above and beyond by promptly sending a few missing components. Great communication, outstanding service, and a great price too.
