  The DVD set arrived quickly, very carefully packaged, and as described. Unfortunately, some of the discs in the set had problems playing. The seller was helpful with great communication and sent out a return label for me to get the DVD set back for exchange. The only bad news was that they had no more of that item in stock at that point. The seller issued a refund to me instead. I believe I'll re-order from them when it's back in stock.

  Fast shipping, and item was new as described. Unfortunately, the manufacturer did a terrible job remastering/producing the dvds and the picture and sound quality were terrible. I requested a return and was quickly issued a return label and given an assurance the refund would be issued promptly, which it was. I greatly appreciate the good communication from the seller! Would do business with again!

  This is a great price for a brand new sealed boxset. Now, there was a mishap in shipping it to me, but the seller responded and fixed the situation immediately and I got it two days later, which I appreciate immensely. I certainly recommend this seller as well as the series.

  Item was as described. The seller took extra measures in packaging it for protection. It shipped very quickly and arrived in perfect condition. It was a great value. I completed my order before realizing I had left another item in my cart. Seller took the initiative to package my items from the separate orders together. Couldn’t recommend enough!
