    I don't buy from EBay very often at all and things don't always go according to plan. In my dealings with upstateretailexchange, I was surprised to find that they are a legitimate business and they stand behind their product. I bought a $350 computer which was damaged during shipping. upstateretailexchange communicated with me through the whole process and gave me a complete refund. I was surprised because this is not the previous experience I've had on EBay. Five stars for this seller!!!!!!

    This item was exactly as pictured, with lots of pictures to show specific details, and described accurately and completely so it was easy to find. It was shipped quickly, packed well with care and lots of padding so it wouldn't be damaged in transit. This is a person who cares about not just the job, but the items they sell, too!
