  This was an "insurance" order in case the prior box never actually showed up. The carrier had prematurely marked it as "delivered" one day before actual arrival. Buyers take note - this *can* happen. Therefore, the seller had to cancel this order pending resolution of the prior order's delivery issue. Would buy from this seller again - excellent communication! PS - The original order's item that was finally received was in perfect condition, a great value and very securely packed.

  The DVD's were exactly as described, sealed and in brand-new condition. It was incredible value, the set is much more expensive anywhere else. There was a slight ding in one of the corners of the package, but the seller reached out to me prior to shipping to inform me about this and they provided pictures. They ensured I would be okay with this and alternatively offered me a refund. I really only care about watching the DVD's, so it worked out. The DVD's work perfectly.

  The Seller is Outstanding. HIGHLY recommend!!! The item expertly packaged for a safe and secure delivery. Tracking provided. No issues with Canada Post. Huge problem with the USPS where it sat at the Indy Distribution Hub for an EXTRA 16 days. USPS was supposed to deliver it on March 4th. Got it today on March 21st. The seller and I stayed in constant contact with each other. No fault of the seller at all. Again, I highly recommend this seller!!! I would buy again from this seller.
