    The seller, item and dispatch was first class. These shelves are 1st class as I have various sizes bought over the years. Evri was atrocious, no communication at all. Checking on tracking page said it was not going to be delivered for 3rd or was it 4th time, so I went to bed early. Some poor Evri courier delivered it at 9pm on the non-delivery day. Seller communication excellent. Despite Evri's best efforts the shelves (in excellent packaging) were intact on opening. Many thanks.

    Good quality,condition and quick service. Only gripe was the huge box the mug wad sent in. Too big and although there was packaging the mug was rattling around, too much space.

    I had a problem with the item at first because it had a couple of scratches on it but as soon as I let the seller know I got immediate replies and the seller and their colleagues were all very helpful and assisted me with anything that I asked and they were very polite and went out of their way to help me and sent me a replacement straight away even although it's the busiest time of the year for postage (Xmas and new year) I would just like to say a big thank you for everything kind regards
