    I reached out to the seller to customize the server and they were very responsive and helped me get exactly what I needed. Shipping was fast, the server was packaged well, and everything was as specified in the listing. Other than a few scratches to indicate it had been in a server rack somewhere, the server was very clean and the internals looked brand new. After verifying nothing came loose during shipment, I installed the server in my rack and it has been running perfectly

    I had an issue with the wrong item being sent, but Unix Surplus was very helpful when I contacted them and resolved the issue quickly. They even checked back in to make sure I was satisfied. I have ordered many things from them in the past, and with this experience, I will continue to order from them in the future.

    Blazing fast NVMe SSD! Netlist 7.68TB drive arrived well-packaged and performed exactly as expected. Excellent seller, highly recommend! The $20 per device while they were all shipped in the same box was a little unnecessary.

    One of the best eBay purchases I’ve made over the last 8 years. Server arrived almost in mint condition. The price was also amazing for what you get. I liked it so much I purchased another and I may even purchase a 3rd! The seller is also very responsive to inquiries. 10/10

    Shipping is fast and package is well packed. Item condition is described as "used", but was "open box"(one was 3h POH and the other was 5h). Was a good deal. Excellent seller.
