I purchased two 500g of fermipan yeast, there was no date mentioned on the description of the item, so left a message to the seller requesting the BBD, this is important as the two packets is what I use in a year and wanted to ensure that the yeast would not go out of date before I had used it, the seller got back to me, once back from the Christmas holiday and confirmed a long date and the item arrived the next day. A very good experience.
