  Seller was quick to ship, item well packed and arrived in good condition. Item was as described in the e-bay listing. The radio tested out good, giving full power on all bands. Shipping was included in the sale price. Overall price was a bit high, but used radios of this model are hard to find. The radio appearance was good. Not mint, but as expected for a used radio.

  Received item and appears in order. Condition, though used, looks very good. As soon as I install it and check operation (I am certain it will work as described) I will come back and give further details. Recommend this seller Jacol 1637. Very good communication prior to purchase.

  The item was listed as fully tested which it was not. It was poorly packed for shipping. The cover had three broken clips that were actually included with the unit. The radome would rotate but would not transmit. However the seller immediately refunded my money after requesting a return. The seller did not request a return of the item
