  The CHI straightener I received was counterfeit and not as advertised. The product quality is poor, the packaging looked suspicious, and it clearly differs from an authentic CHI. I paid for a genuine item but was sent a fake. Very disappointing experience — seller refused to issue a proper refund and only offered a partial amount, only 15$. Buyers beware!!!! Additionally, selling counterfeit items is against eBay's rules. The real CHI has 3 buttons and a display dial; this one did not!

  The product was exactly like it was posted on the site and packaging and shipping was fast and secure. Great Condition and quality and Appearance for something this rare and vintage. Great value as well. Highly recommend seller and I would definitely purchase items from seller again. 👌🏾

  Just recieved my new Redskins towel today, 7/22/25. This is one sweet towel. It looks even better in person. The seller was cool, and the shipping was very fast. I have ZERO complaints about the whole transaction.
