  Ordered this computer and monitors. Received package and realized it was kind of a small box so I opened it and the monitors were missing. Got in touch with the seller and they said they wanted to make it right with me. About 5 minutes after I got off the phone with them, I had a tracking number and received the monitors! Fair and honest people to deal with. Strongly recommend them if you’re looking for quality and honesty! Thank you!!

  The received Dell OptiPlex ran fine except the CD/DVD would not open the tray. Issue reported to United PC TEK and they sent me a new drive. Fast response and no hassle. Have purchased from them before and completely satisfied. A recommended seller.

  The product is as expected and the seller was very nice when the shipping company destroyed one of the boxes and two of the monitors were damaged. I love these monitors they are great.
