  I have to say the seller has been very excellent service. I ordered 3 bottle of color dye shampoo brown by mistake. I contacted the seller and they immediately accept my return providing with convenient postage by collection. Then they sent me the 3 blacks soon after. I really appreciate their great service.

  good quality good condition very good value for money good appearance no broken box this seller is the only one to send me tiger balm that was advertised correct 3x 21 grm i had one sending 3 only got 1 one seller buy 2 get two free 3 were red 1 was white stated they were21grms turned out to be only 19 grms jars so top marks to this seller will buy again from them

  The seller sent out the wrong item. I asked for a replacement and the seller made the whole process unnecessarily complicated by asking for photos to prove it was the wrong item and then wanting details of whether the item I had received was in re-saleable condition. After a while I got fed up with what should have been a simple exchange following an error by the seller. Terrible customer service.
