  USPS lost the package, but the seller was super friendly and helpful, and gave a full refund for item that is still lost. Bummer it didn't work out, but thank you so much for the refund and easy communication!

  Brand new item. Packaging was great. Bottle taped up as extra precaution. Can’t wait to use it. Shipping took forever which was not the sellers fault, maybe floods and weather.
