  This seller was great to do business with. They answered any and all questions I had and responded quickly. You could tell that the items are well taken care of and clean. My package arrived in a very timely manner and no damage. It actually looks even better in person. Without a doubt I will continue my business with them in the future.

  The product arrived on time, I think earlier than expected. The box was a little damaged in the corner but it’s fine since the figure was perfectly fine. Product looked exactly like the pictures. Would buy from this seller again.

  When I ordered the item, the photos in the description showed no damage however, when I received the item, the box was bent in and it looked nothing like the photos advertised. When I contacted the seller, they said they would only give me a 10% discount on the item even after I sent the photos of the condition it was in. They blamed it on shipping however that was their fault because they shipped it in a plastic bag when it should’ve been in bubble wrap or at least a cardboard box.

  It’s indeed undamaged prior to shipping. You can’t expect a free item for JUST little dented package. We already offered 10% off OR return for FULL refund. But, you kept the item and left a negative feedback.As explained, we’re not a big corporation, but an independent seller barely making profit after fees.Do us and yourself a favor, don’t attempt to buy from us again, so unreasonable & unnecessary!Can we accuse you back for faking your own damage? Why just reached out after 2weeks+ arrival?
