  WHY IS THIS SELLER STILL ALLOWED TO SELL ITEMS ON eBAY?? The seller has a 60% rating!!! I never received my order. The tracking stated that it was never delivered to me. The seller did nothing to correct it. I reached out and no response. He just kept my money!! Now, I have been buying items off of eBay for well over 10 years. Getting deliveries TO THE SAME ADDRESS. Never had this issue. I should’ve read the reviews before purchasing from this seller. He has had similar complaints to mine.

  Nothing, no item, no shipping, no communication????? Just takes the money and runs and based on the feedback, apparently he does this all the time. Just requested eBay to step in and force a refund.
