    I used this seller as they had lots if positive comments and I wasn't disappointed. I was unsure how much underlay and gripper rods I needed so I phoned them and they went through everything, even gave me the item numbers so I could find them easier. Very professional, excellent customer service, extremely competitive prices, quality products and I received the packages within 36 hours. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

    Great quality &. value. Extremely well packed ! The tracking info on carrier Yodel's site was a big let down with a huge empty space between 1st - 10th of January when delivery took place. Though this is not the seller's fault ...

    Happy with the underlay. Absolute nightmare with parcel force delivery said they attempted to deliver but address was wrong. I phoned parcel force and the driver didn't even attempt to deliver they checked his GPS. Had to delay fitting carpets for 2 days as they sent it out the next day but instead of arriving by 10am it arrived at nearer 3pm. Not the companies fault at all just the rubbish British mail service
