    The item was not accurately described and the seller, rather than inquisitive, was angry and aggressive when I requested the refund. The seller repeatedly, and accurately, claimed that the item was new and unopened although that was not relevant to the issue I was raising. Further, I had to make significant efforts to provide proof that the item was not as described before the seller would relent. On the basis that the cost was eventually refunded, I have given a positive rating.
