  Item arrived broken in 2 places and beyond repair due to poor packing. Seller insisted fpr a week that I should try to repair it locally for a measly 10% refund, later increasing their offer. I kept insisting on the return and they finally agreed after 7 days. Took forever w lots of back and forth. I tried to purchase another identical one but again had the same issue, but that's another feedback. Do not buy from this Chinese retailer. Poor quality, poor communication even worse customer service

  The starter was improperly packaged for shipment and arrived broken. The seller did send me a replacement starter but it was only after a week of back and forth E-mails and notifying Ebay about the problem. My car was down for a total of three weeks when it should have only been one week. They did give me a new starter but I won't be dealing with them again.

  Good quality at a great value. Item arrived in what appeared to be pristine condition, and look to be a exact match to the defective unit it replaced. Item was securely packaged, and arrived in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend this seller.
