  The shipping was quick, but the battery was DOA. We did substantial testing to determine that it was the battery. Ultimately, it was determined that the battery was bad. After contacting them, the seller promptly refunded the purchase price. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from the seller in the future.

  I ordered my item on 12/1/24, the seller shipped it on 12/2/24. I received the item 1/6/25. I did have communication with the seller during that time. He was just as frustrated with USPS as I was.
