    The mirror arrived broken, the packaging was all in perfect shape and unopened so it was probably broken at the manufacturer and was not the seller's fault, I was given a refund and instructed to discard the broken mirror, I will buy from them again

    Great company to buy from. Fed exhaust broke my first glass door and I sent them a message and they had another one sent out the next day. Would buy from them again!

    FedEx broke two door glass before delivery but the third one got delivered unscathed. The seller was quick to send another each time with no hesitation. Great to work with in every way.

    After I purchased a part from this seller it seems the USPS lost or failed to get me the package properly. I tried contacting the seller after almost 2 weeks and then the package magically appeared in the mail! I have no clue who caused this mess.

    Sorry for the package taking a little longer then expected. Unfortunately, we have no control over delivery speeds of USPS or how they move a package around their facilities. I also looked over your order, and see where it was shipped over a holiday which can cause longer delivery times.
